This is an intuitively guided process utilizing various instruments, such as Himalayan Bowls, Tuning Forks, Rattles, and/or Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls. Releasing and harmonizing sounds invoke a relaxation response and meditative state in my clients. These sounds permeate the physical, emotional, mental, soul, and spiritual bodies to reduce stress and encourage clients to engage in healing themselves.

In a Private Session for Individuals or Couples/Friends, you will receive a personalized soundbath. I'm confident you will find this beneficial from the attention and care you'll receive during your private session.
