ARE THERE ANY CONTRAINDICATIONS FOR RECEIVING SOUND TREATMENTS?

Yes, there are contraindications. See the full list here at this link. Please read thoroughly. It is the responsibility of the receiver to communicate any of the health conditions below in writing, in advance of their session. 

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT DURING A CHAKRA BALANCING SESSION?

During an in-person session, the receiver wears comfortable clothes and lays on a massage table.  See details for Sessions-at-a-Distance in the questions below.


  • Part I: I start sessions with a short overview detailing the experience you’re about to have.  We work together to set an intention for the session and discuss any focus areas.

  • Part II: The sound experience.  During this time, there is a focus on chakra energy.  I’ll work to disperse excess energy and re-energize depleted energy centers.

  • Part III: We have the opportunity to review the experience and reflect.

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT DURING A SOUNDBATH SESSION FOR A GROUP?

The receivers wear comfortable clothes and lay on the floor with a yoga mat, pillow and blanket.

  • Part I: I start sessions with a short overview detailing the experience you’re about to have.  I set an intention for the session.

  • Part II: The sound experience.  During this time, there is a focus on relaxation and bringing about a meditative state in the receivers.

  • Part III: At the end, there is time for grounding and reflection.

I HAVE A GREAT GROUP TOGETHER—BUT THERE ARE A FEW PEOPLE THAT ARE A BIT FLAKY. WHEN DO YOU NEED TO KNOW OUR FINAL GUEST COUNT?

Group sessions require an updated guest count 7 days in advance.

The final guaranteed guest count is due 3 days in advance.  Once the final guaranteed guest count is locked in, this will be your minimum and you will be charged at least this amount. 

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT DURING A SOUNDBATH FOR AN INDIVIDUAL OR COUPLE/FRIENDS?

During an in-person session, the receiver (s) wear comfortable clothes and lay on a massage table.  See details for Sessions-at-a-Distance below.


  • Part I: I start sessions with a short overview detailing the experience you’re about to have.  We work together to set an intention for the session.

  • Part II: The sound experience.  During this time, there is a focus on relaxation, stress release and bringing about a meditative state in receiver(s).

  • Part III: Then, we review the experience and reflect.

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT DURING A SESSION-AT-A-DISTANCE?

For a Session-at-a-Distance, we will arrange a time to work together that is mutually agreed.  A great Internet connection is a must.  More details on Technology Requirements in the question below.  The receiver is encouraged to wear good quality headphones during the sound session. The receiver wears comfortable clothes and lies on a bed, sofa or the floor with a yoga mat, in a comfortable position. 


  • It is suggested to have a private space where you won’t experience interruptions.

  • Arrange a place to lie down comfortably that is free of distractions (phone off, kids & pets in a separate room).

  • Have a glass of water and tissues nearby.

  • Be sure  to have the right lighting for you (not too bright or too dark).

  • You may light a candle, incense or diffuse essential oils.

Part II: The sound experience—this is similar organized in a similar arrangement as if we were in the same room together. I’m able to pick up the same energies as if we were together.

Part III: Then, we review the experience and reflect.

WHAT TECHNOLOGY IS NEEDED FOR A SESSION-AT-A-DISTANCE?

1. A viewing device with reliable Internet connection (ex: smartphone, tablet or computer). Or just a simple phone with reliable connection (if we go this route, no other technology is needed).

2. A great Internet connection.  Should you need to test the quality of your internet connection, I would recommend to test your internet speed at www.speedtest.net Then press “Go”.  A download speed above 5 should be fine, however, below that, the video/sound quality may be inferior.

3. Access to Zoom. Instructions will be sent once we finalize the booking process.

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT DURING A SPACE CLEARING SESSION?

For a Space Clearing, we will arrange a phone call in advance to review the property and any other logistics.  It’s preferred to have at least 1 host at the property as the clearing is conducted.  However, it’s best with minimal guests on-site in order to mitigate interruptions.


  • Part I: I will meet with the host and we will survey the property together. Discuss any new details and get to know the space.

  • Part II: I will assess the space intuitively and with sound.  I will find areas of stagnant energy and re-energize the space or disperse excess energy in spaces that require it.  This is done with a combination of smudging, sounds, energy work and/or positive visualization.

  • Part II: Time for review and reflection with the host.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DO A SPACE CLEARING SESSION?

Approximately 30-45 minutes per 500 square feet.  Additional sessions may be required for spaces over 4,000 square feet, depending on the layout of the space.

I’M SENSITIVE TO SCENTS, FRAGRANCES, AROMATHERAPY AND/OR INCENSE. CAN YOU DO THIS WITHOUT ANY ADDED SCENTS? 

It is possible to arrange the session without aromatherapy or incense, etc.  Please discuss at initial inquiry so that proper arrangements will be made in time for your appointment.

I WANT TO FEEL BETTER NOW!

You will start to feel stress relief during the first session.  It is essential to keep in mind that the true healer is you.  This is not a "magic pill" or a "quick fix"--this is a healing process that requires participation from yourself and sound practitioner alike.  Together, we will work to bring about small changes that can bring about life-altering results.

Payment is possible via PayPal, Venmo or Cash.  Details regarding payment will be included in your confirmation email. Payment is due prior to your session.  The cancellation policy is also outlined in the section below.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Hopefully you never have to cancel!  But in the event that you do need to cancel, the cancellation fees are listed below:


  • 14 days or more in advance = No charges

  • 8 - 13 days in advance = 25% charge

  • 4 - 7 days in advance = 50% charge

  • 0 - 3 days in advance = 100% charge
