I'll guide you every step of the way and implement a full Private Soundbath or Chakra Balancing session over the internet. Sorry, this isn't available for Group Soundbaths.

This is an intuitively guided process utilizing various instruments, such as Himalayan Bowls, Tuning Forks, Rattles, and/or Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls. Releasing and harmonizing sounds invoke a relaxation response and meditative state in participants. These sounds permeate the physical, emotional, mental, soul, and spiritual bodies to reduce stress and will encourage you to engage in self healing.
